Pioneer Trails adventures was started in 1999 by Ralph Goldsmith who grew up in the silver dollar city Branson area. He grew up in a family with rich history of working and handling Missouri mules, and all types of equine activities.
 

These Mules were owned by the Wrangler's father and they where used to clear timber from the bottom of the lake of the Ozarks in the 1920's.

Initially the business was launched by offering school field trips explaining our history to young children and giving them the experience of riding in a covered wagon with our state animals pulling them.   Since that point the business has grown to where we now offer packages for Tour Busses, Church Organizations, Birthday parties, Campsite with Chuckwagon dinners and weddings.  Tourist from all over the world come to experience our unique style of bringing history to life right on the streets of Independence.   Ralph has an unforgettable way of telling the stories of Frank James, William Clark Quantrell, Civil war battles, and of Course Harry S. Truman.

It is our hope that all will come and enjoy the adventure.
