standing courthouse west of the Mississippi).

30 to 35 minute tour: This ride takes you all the way to the 1845 city limits; including the beautiful Bingham Waggoner Estate, National Frontier Trails Center, and a ride on the Santa Fe Trail through actual wagon swales. Hear the history of Quantrill’s raiders, Independence Civil War battles, and the notorious James brothers. Children ages 12 and under ride for $7.00 each and children 2 and under are always free.

60 minute tour: Our full city tour. All of the above, plus both Civil War battlefields; Canon Hill, where Cole Younger uniquely spied on Union troops; the Truman home and other historical homes. Hear the history of the Pioneer era through the Truman era. Children ages 12 and under ride for $7.00 each and children 2 and under are always free. Evening rides are available by reservation only and have a minimum charge of $60.00 per hour.
